‘Green Imperiale’ houses successfully launched

MIRI: Housing developer Green Summit Development Sdn Bhd launched its ‘Green Imperiale’ project featuring three-storey semi detached houses at Pujut 1 here yesterday.
General manager-cum-Green Summit executive director Hii Sing Lung and managing director Kor Ooi Long officiated at the launching ceremony, witnessed by staff and members.
Under the project are 10 houses, costing RM898,000 to RM958,000 per unit, built on land measuring 359.4 up to 481.1 sq feet.
The houses are open for bookings with early bird sign-up gifts namely fees absorbed by the developer — legal fees on sales and purchase agreement; stamp duty on sales and purchase agreement; and free alarm and auto gate.
This project offers special features such as ‘IKO shingle’ roof tiles with WPC plywood and asphalt felt underlay on galvanised steel trusts (extraordinary); added value anti-termite protection (attached certificate); dreams and favourite lot numbers like 1686, 1688, 1689; and first real three-storey semi-D in Miri comes with three-storey land titles approved by the government.
The benefits include premium quality laminated flooring, premium shower screen (tampered glass) for all bathrooms, exclusive skim coating finishing on all interior walls, luxury floor skirting and door architrave, luxury dry and wet ‘granite’ counter top; premium powder coated aluminium windows frame and premium quality power socket.
There is also an exclusive 7’ height gate and fencing, exclusive external painting — spray paint effect (eight years’ warranty), tip top quality tiles and sanitary ware, practical car porch, three bays of vehicle line-up and exclusive underground electrical main and meter at gate pillar.
According to Hii and Kor, the other projects/development by the Green Summit Development Sdn Bhd are in Luak Bay (GreenHills) — 14 units DSSD (sold out); Tudan (Green Tropicana) — 22 units SSSD – limited units; Lutong (The Green Edge) — eight units DSSD (sold out); Pujut 7 (Sevenew Phase 1) — 22 units shoplots — (sold out) (Sevenew Phase 2 – limited unit only).
Thirty-two units (residential) in Lopeng, commercial units in Senadin and Niah Jaya are now open for registration.
